Trekking is one of the most preferred and oldest adventure activities of Himachal Pradesh. The state of Himachal Pradesh is offered the lots of trekking routs like –Triund, Kheerganga, Hampta pass, Indrahar pass, Malana etc. Most of these treks lies between 2000 mts to 4500mts of altitude with an easy landscape that cut and run through meadows. It is a paradise for Trekkers and every year thousands of the trekkers visit Himachal Pradesh and take part in the trekking. When you reach at the top of the peak you will enjoy the most amazing and mesmerizing views of the various Himalayan Range. During the trekking the trekkers enjoy the hidden charm of Himachal which never can be seen ever.

Apart from that Himachal offered the more harder trekking trail with high altitude, climate and unmettaled roads like – Friendship peak Trek, Hampta pass trek, Chndratal Baralacha Trek, Shepherdd Trail, Gaddi Trek and Pin Parvati Pass Trek are reckoned to be an excellent trekking trail in Himachal Pradesh. These treks have altitude from 3500mts to 5500mts with some of picturesque locations.

Bara Bhangal Trek:

It is a most challenging trek in all terrains in Himachal Pradesh situated at an elevation of 8468 ft above the sea level. This trek is situated in between Kangra, Chamba and Kullu Valley and offered the most beautiful views of western Himalayan. Indrahar pass, Deo Tibba and Hanuman Tibba can easily see from here.

Beas Kund Trek:

It is a short trail which is passes through the most beautiful Solang valley, Glacier, snow capped mountains and lush green meadows. Beas kund trek is located in Manali and the best time to trek is April to till November.

Bhrigu Lake Trek:

Chandrakhani Pass Trek:

ChandratalKhani Pass trek is a beautiful trek and moderate which is offered the most amazing views of some of the highest snow capped Himalayan peaks with open valley. It is situated at an elevation of 3600mts above the sea level. The trail passes through the blue pine and deodar, walnut, golden Oak and wild cherry.

Chandra Tal Trek:

Chandra Tal lake trek is popularly known for its star beauty with under moonlight and the lake is referred as the moon Lake. This trek is starts from Batal Base camp situated at an elevation of 114 km from Manali. The lake offered a short trek and take 5-6 hours to reach. June to September is the best time to visit.

Deo Tibba Trek:

It is a most beautiful trek situated at an elevation of 4490 mts above the sea level. Deo Tibba is a moderate trek and takes you to Chandratal Lake and while trekking you will enjoy the Rohtang pass and various other hanging glacier. This trek pass through Beas valley and famous for its flower covered meadows.

Hampta Pass Trek:

Hampta pass trek passes through Oak, Walnut and alder forest and begins from the lush green Kullu- Manali valley. May to October is the best time for enjoying this beautiful trail. Hamptapass trek is not so easy but a moderately difficult. The beautiful Glacier increase the charm which flow through Lahaul valley.

Indrahar Pass Trek:

Indrahar Pass Trek is an easy trek situated in the Dhauladhar range which is located at an elevation of 4342 mts above the sea level. At the top of the Indrahar Pass you can enjoy the most mesmerizing views of the sacred peak of Manimahesh Kailash with Pir Panjal range. May to October is the ideal time to take part in the Indrahar Pass Trek.

Kareri Lake Trek:

Kareri Lake trek is situated in Kangra valley with at an elevation of 3300 mts above the sea level. This trek passes through Mcleodganj and will lead you towards Kareri Village. At the top of the hill a grand temple of Lord Shiva overlooking the lake. Kareri Lake trek is recommended only for experienced trekkers.

Kheerganga Trek:

Kheerganga trek is situated in the land of Kasol in the Parvati Valley which is offered the mystical journey into the wood. On the way of trekking you will see favorite tourist destination like Lord Shiva temple, Rudranath water fall and lot of interesting rock formation. It is an easy trek and provides you amazing views of Surrounding.

Malana village:

Malana trek is a popular trek of Himachal Pradesh. This trek is terminates at Baralacha Pass through Manali -leh- highway. It is a picture perfect location surrounding by the beautiful meadows. April to October is the best time to visit here.

Pin Parvat Valley Trek:

The Starting point of Pin- Parvati Trek is Barsheni village where you will be led to Rudranath camp and then move to Kheerganga watching the Pin Parvati Valley. It is located at an elevation of 5300 mts above the sea level and the best time to visit from July to September. Pin Parvati trek is not so easy but beautiful.

Rupin Pass Trek:

Shepherd Trail Trek:

It is a challenging trek, during the trek walk through the remote and isolated area. August to October is recommended the best time to visit this trail. This trek is locally known as the Gaddi Trek which is connected to the rich and amazing valley of Kullu –Manali. The trek is pass through various mountains peaks which makes it challenging and surrounding by the alpine woodland, green meadows, wild animals, water streams and colorful orchards.

Thamsar Pass Trek:

Tosh valley Trek:

Tosh valley trek take you to a beautiful Parvati valley. This trek starts from Kasol, stay amidst beauty of Tosh and then ends to Kasol. It is situated at an elevation of 7847 ft above the sea level and Tosh River adds the charm of the place. This trek takes you through green meadows and charming water stream. The picturesque mountains, valleys and amazing landscape filled with snow increase the charm of the place.

Triund Trek:

Triund trek is one of the most beautiful treks in Himachal which is popularly known as the crown of Dharamshala. It is a short trek of 9 km which begins its trail from Dharamkot can easily completed in 5-6 hours. August to October is the best time for trekking.
